Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Tejas Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and web development services. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are handled under strict guidelines.

2. No Refund After Work Commencement

Once the project work has been initiated — including planning, strategy development, design work, content creation, advertising setup, or any related activity — no refund will be provided.
This is because time, resources, and manpower are allocated immediately after project confirmation and payment.

3. Project-Based Refunds

If a project has started and the client wishes to discontinue, any refund (if applicable) will be processed strictly based on:

  • The amount of work already completed
  • Resources utilized
  • Time invested
  • Mutual written agreement between both parties

Refund decisions in such cases will be made through mutual discussion and understanding.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain registration fees
  • Hosting charges
  • Third-party software or plugin purchases
  • Paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Government or licensing fees

5. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If a cancellation request is made before the project work has started, a refund may be considered after deducting:

  • Administrative charges
  • Payment gateway charges (if applicable)

Approval of such refunds will be at the sole discretion of Tejas Digital.

6. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original mode of payment.
